What are the detailed requirements for Managers and Head of Operations in the Mart
Candidates seeking to apply for these positions must have the following qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in managing a medium or large supermarket or retail organization
- Must be a graduate with Msc, Bsc or HND in any area or discipline
- Must be good in managing people and resources with great leadership skills
- Must have good problem-solving skills and can build teams to achieve results and targets
- Knowledge of computer and some retail operations software solutions like Excel, Quickbooks, MetroPOs, MetroERP, Retailman, Sage50 will be an added advantage
